How does it work?
During the agreed time frame, our qualified caregiver takes care of the elderly or chronically ill by adjusting his/her assistance to a patient's condition, needs and demands. S/he not only performs house works, but also helps the patient with all daily tasks, including those related to personal hygiene and health. Post-discharge care is provided in Warsaw and its vicinity.
